Together with chef and culinary storyteller Yacinth Pos, you will dive into an immersive underwater world where food, art, storytelling and performance come together in one continuous experience.

ATLANTIS 2.0 – The mysteries of the ocean

In a country that exists below sea level, where water constantly lingers behind dikes and dams, we rarely question our relationship with the sea. But as waters continue to rise, what kind of future are we drifting toward and what impact might it have on the way we eat? During this evening, we dive into these questions through a fully immersive dinner. 

This multi-sensory journey of five vegetarian courses will reimagine what “seafood” truly means. You will discover the world of seaweed, of which over 280 species can be found in the Netherlands alone. We’ll explore its potential as both inspiration and ingredient. A vibrant evening with beautiful food, completed with a complementary drink pairing. 

Will we learn to care for the ecosystems we depend on, or will we, like the mythical city of Atlantis, be remembered as a place reclaimed by the ocean?

PRACTICALITIES

The ticket price (€89,5) includes a five-course vegetarian menu served with a matching drink per course (alcoholic or non alcoholic). A regular dinner ticket (€65) without drink pairing is also available. We're committed to a zero-waste approach, exploring creative ways to use every part of the ingredients. Expect a variety of seasonal wild edible plants and flowers incorporated throughout the menu. 
The menu can be adapted to accommodate vegan diets and other dietary requirements. Please add any dietary restrictions or special requests in the reservation process.

€89,50 per person - including drink pairing

€65 per persoon - without drink pairing

The drink pairing is for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinkers. You can expect a thoughtfully curated selection of botanical drinks, crafted cocktails, characterful wines, and beers with a story.
